Syfy’s ongoing Child’s Play series is jam-packed full of surprises and last night’s episode fired on all cylinders.

Franchise creator Don Mancini took the reigns with Seed of Chucky and has since carved out a funhouse of horrors that continued through a handful of sequels and “Chucky”, the new series that’s insanely canon. So much so that nearly everyone is returning.

We got our hands on the promo for week’s episode, “Cape Queer”, which gives us our first look at Alex Vincent‘s return as Andy Barclay, the young boy from the very first Child’s Play (1988) film. Even more surprising, there’s a flashed shot of Christine Elise as Kyle in Child’s Play 2. Elise made a surprise appearance at the very end of Cult of Chucky, where she discovers Chucky’s decapitated and extremely mutilated head. Will she be showing up in “Chucky”?

Furthermore, will this eventually lead to the return of Andy’s mother, Karen (Catherine Hicks), who nearly appeared in the opening sequence in Cult of Chucky? There are only three episodes left as “Chucky” continues next Tuesday, only on Syfy.

“American Horror Story” veteran Evan Peters will play the title character in “Dahmer,” a new Netflix series that re-teams him once again with “AHS” creator Ryan Murphy.

Above you’ll find your first look at Evan Peters as real-life serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer, who murdered and dismembered seventeen men and boys between 1978 and 1991.

Wikipedia notes, “Many of his later murders involved necrophilia, cannibalism, and the permanent preservation of body parts—typically all or part of the skeleton.“

You can also watch a short “Dahmer” teaser over on Netflix’s website now.

The series, “chronicles the story of one of America’s most notorious serial killers (Peters), largely told from the point of view of Dahmer’s victims, and dives deeply into the police incompetence and apathy that allowed the Wisconsin native to go on a multiyear killing spree.”

The 10-episode limited series reportedly spans the 1960s through the early 1990s.

The cast is also said to include Niecy Nash, Penelope Ann Miller, Shaun J. Brown, Colin Ford, and Richard Jenkins.

Jeffrey Dahmer was most recently played on screen by Ross Lynch in the film My Friend Dahmer, with Jeremy Renner previously playing Dahmer in a 2002 movie simply titled Dahmer.
